Refund policy

Refund will be honored within 30 days of receipt of order. Items must be returned in good condition prior to refund. No refund on specially embellished items unless defective. Call 800-426-2623 for return authorization (RA). Items returned without a RA number will not be processed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. All additional charges must be paid before your exchange will ship.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
